Any commander who meets the required Command Center level can found an Alliance or join an established confederacy.
Alliance members enjoy encrypted chat, joint vaults, and cooperative construction assistance.

🏰 Alliance Citadels & Influence Zones

The Citadel: A massive space megastructure built collaboratively by alliance members.
Control Zone: Surrounding the Citadel, an influence boundary forms that boosts mining rates, repair speeds, and cloaking from enemy scouts.
Mutual Fleet Reinforcements: When an ally is attacked, you can warp strike wings directly to defend their station.
